Tomorrow,
I plan to start the Eat to Live program for six weeks. I am really excited to be eating healthy foods and feeling healthy again, for the first time in a long time.
This weekend, I abstained from coffee (and I think the headaches are gone) to prepare. I also ate some Eat to Live meals and made a HUGE batch of soup.

I planned out my meals for tomorrow and I made up a calendar to track my progress for the next six weeks.
